Jeremiah is a precious baby boy born in June 2001 with Unilateral Cleft Lip and Cleft Palate, a type of congential deformity caused by abnormal facial development during gestation which affects one in 700 babies annually and is the fourth most common birth defect in the U.S.

His mother, Angela, has poured out her heart through her journal entries and chose to share these with other parents of children with cleft lip and/or cleft palate through this website.
